MGL Valentine in support of Highjinx: The Fundraiser: The Details

Back in 2019 when I was very unemployed, very broke and very hungry, the very good folks at Highjinx gave me the food & energy I needed to keep going and lift myself up. I've always wanted to give back but with student loans and life (and camera gear), it's always been much less than I'd like. I'd like to do something a little more significant.

My proposal is this: Instead of paying me for a shoot, you donate to Highjinx. Give them an e-transfer of $100 or more and I will gift you a 30 minute shoot, give them $200 or more and I will gift you a 60 minute shoot. With the goal of making $1-2000 for them, I am extending this offer to TEN people. Please help me lift up others the way they did me!

Availability is primarily weeknight evenings or Sundays. Shoots could be at my home studio in the south-east (every photo on the poster was shot in my living room!), scenic locations in Ottawa, or maybe even at Highjinx!  For best results, get in contact with me and we'll ensure a place, scenario & time can be agreed on! Then, send them an E-Transfer to highjinx@live.ca, mention the MGLV promotion - and then send me proof! Sessions must be booked within 30 days of donation unless otherwise expressed.

Want to donate but don't need photos right now? Why not pay it forward? Your donated shoot doesn't need to be for you - donate just like a normal shoot, but when you send me the proof, just tell me it's for a neighbour! I'll work with Highjinx to find a neighbour who could use a photoshoot. This could be a professional update, or maybe just a fun surprise for someone's relatives! We'll do our best to maximize the smiles you put into the world.
